Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to the deciding of scientific task of improving of the process of transportation agricultural materials with sectional screw conveyer. For the deciding of given tasks the analytic dependencies are shown. These dependencies are connected with the constructive, kinematic and force parameters of the transportation process. The mathematic model of the movement process of seed material on screw and between its shafts was elaborated. Due to experiments were established dependence between energy and force parameters, damage state and distance between screw shafts. The production tests of investigated transporter were made. Its technical-economic indices are also determined.
