The thesis is devoted to developing the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for the formation and functioning of organizational-economic mechanism for efficient use of assets food businesses. The organizational-economic mechanism for effective reproduction of fixed assets food business based regulatory approach, the concept of structural construction which is based on the use of effective regulatory and institutional and economic instruments and implementing business models renovation of fixed assets and management information system assets and its integration into enterprise systems.
