Ilyushyk O. Application of administrative agreements in the activity of the law enforcement.

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and methodological grounds and procedural elements of application of administrative agreements in the activity of the law enforcement of Ukraine. Historical aspects, the concept, the essence and distinctive features of contractual forms of administrative activity of the law enforcement are researched. Classification of administrative agreements according to the peculiarity of their application by the law enforcement is done. The grounds and procedure of conclusion, terms and requirements to the admi¬nistrative agreement are distinguished. Theoretical principles of administrative legal status of the law enforcement as the party of administrative agreements are researched. The author’s definition of administrative agreement is done on the basis of con¬ducted research. The conclusions, recommendations and suggestions aimed to improve the institutional and legal framework of application of the administrative agreement in the activity of the law enforcement are formulated.
