Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treatment of patients with NSAID-gastropaty. There was performed the complex study of clinical signs, endoscopical, histological and immunohistochemical parameters iNOS, eNOS, COX-2 in the mucosa of the gastroduodenal zone, interrelations between them that have the main importance in mechanism of development of NSAID-gastropaty. On the ground of complex investigation there was formed the concept of pathogenic mechanisms of NSAID-gastropaty with due regard for the extent selective NSAID, presence of Helicobacter pylori, acid-producing function of the stomach, content COX-2, eNOS, іNOS in the mucosa of gastroduodenal zone.
