Essay

The investigation was conducted on 130 male rats. Methods of investigation - hystologic, electronnomicroscopic, morphometric, statistic. It was found, that a spleen mass increased on the 5 day, parametrs of the lymphatic nodule - on the 5-7 days at the transplantation of cryopreserved placenta. On the background of acute aseptic inflammation the transplantation of cryopreserved phlacenta the spleen mass increased on the 3 day and parametrs of the lymphatic nodule - on the 7-10 days. Uzing cryopreserved placenta at aseptic inflammation promoted the fast realization of the vascular reaction and the renovation morphofunctional state of splenic microvascular bed on the 14-21 days of research.
