Zavgorodniy V. Method, models and information technology of development of specialized decision making support system based on the associated data

The thesis deals with the important problem of constructing method, models and information technology for development of specialized DSS based on the concept of linked data. The state of DSS development problems is analized, their classification is given, the need of developing of new effective technologies and corresponding methods and models based on the concept of linked data is noticed. Detail features of specialized DSS as basis for operational management of industrial enterprise are considered. The advantages of the implementation of the middleware and storage of the associated data as basis for providing of uniform access to data sources and existing information systems of an enterprise are determined. The mathematical model of information space of the manufacturing enterprise on the basis of linked data, which describes the representation of distributed information given object characteristics, such as "is subclass", "is instance of class", "is equivalent to the class" and provides uniform access and logical coordination of related data structures, is proposed. The proposed mathematical model of specialized DSS, unlike present models, supports distributed data storage and typed restrictions on the level of logical structures, and allows describing formally the processes of interpreting either logically related or independent industrial situations or relevant decisions taken by decision maker. The method of decision searching in the information space of the manufacturing enterprise on the basis of precedents are received the further development. This method, unlike present ones, uses a hierarchical organization of related data and an improved scheme of adding to the information space of the enterprise of new measures (metrics) of the similarity of the objects in the form of attached procedures without changing the general algorithm of purposeful search. The information technology of development of specialized DSS on the basis of the enterprise information space, which provides the expansion of baseline data by setting criteria for the interpretation of industrial situations, is proposed. This technology allows on the basis of requests in the form of template structures efficiently analyze the data for decision making at the industrial enterprises with geographically distributed structure.
