Mohmad A. The Development of the Strategy of Management of Agricultural Enterprise in the Conditions of Economic Crises

The current economic conditions are characterized as high instable with significant threats of economic crisis, the sources of which are in the deep imbalances of global information and credit economy. In such conditions there are very worthy the assessment of the impact of economic crisis on the enterprises, the development of the strategies for the effective management to ensure sustainability of agricultural enterprises in the instability would. There were proposed to consider the management strategy of agricultural enterprises as a coherent system of goals and management decisions to ensure its sustainable development in a global instability. The strategy is detailed for multi-level of the enterprise management, functional, and behavioral strategies, which form a "strategic set" of enterprise and reflect its strategic choice. The crisis impacted on the conditions of reproduction of various agricultural production factors by different ways. The real wages of workers of the agricultural enterprises declined, the number of workers decreased, fertilization input decreased, monospecialization of enterprises developed, optimal crop rotation was violated, but profit of agricultural enterprises increased.
