Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of structural and functional state of lipids of gastric mucosa and serum of rat cells under conditions of long-term hypoacidity. It was established that, the introduction of multiprobiotic Symbiter to the control group of rats, within 28 days led to the increasing level of most phosphatidylcholine molecular fractions and also reduction of lysophosphatidylcholine molecular forms of gastric mucosa and blood serum of rat cells. It was shown that under conditions of long-term gastric hypoacidity in gastric mucosa and serum of rat cells have occurred changes of neutral lipids composition and range of the molecular lipid fractions of different classes and functional groups. Under the same conditions the changes in the functional state of phosphatidylcholine lipids was revealed: the disruption of phosphatidylcholine / lysophosphatidylcholine, sphingomyelin/ceramide, arachidonic acid / eicosanoids (PGE2, PHF2? and 8-iso-PHF2?) ratio. It was found that potential serum markers of lipid lesions of the digestive system that could occur under condition of the long-term gastric hypoacidity might be phosphatidylinositols with fatty acid residues C16:0/C20:4 (5Z, 8Z, 11Z, 14Z) and C18:0/С20: 4 (5Z, 8Z, 11Z, 14Z). Simultaneous addition of both multiprobiotic Symbiter and omeprazole to animals within 28 days, caused a retrieval of the structural and functional state of lipids of gastric mucosa and blood serum of rat cells almost to control level.
