Kernes G. The mechanismof state regulation of the stock market of Ukraine

Object of research: Regional elite as a subject of state formation. Research objective lies in substantiation of the mechanisms for the regional elite influencing public administration in Ukraine, as well as determining the priority directions for their improvement in the context of public administration relations. Methods: dialectical, logical-semantic, comparative-historical, structural and functional, abstraction. Results: methodological approaches have been substantiated, and scientific recommendations as to improvement of the mechanisms for the regional elite influencing public administration in Ukraine have been proposed. Novelty: the theoretical and methodological approaches to justification of the content and forms of the regional elite's impact on public administration have been determined. The research results have been introduced into the activities of Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, Luhansk Regional Council, NAPA attached to the Office of the President of Ukraine. Areas of implementation: public administration, local government, training and retraining of public servants, and local government officials.
