Levchenko M. Formation of risk management mechanism in the foregein economic activities of machine-building enterprises.

In the dissertation the approach to determine the category of "risk" in the foreign-economic activity of machine-building enterprises and foreign trade in particular is systematized. The author considered and added to the typical sequence of risk management procedures at the machine building enterprise by comparing the effectiveness of risk management and control of the results, that will allow not only to choose the appropriate tools to react to changes, but to adapt to constant changes in risky situations at the machine building enterprise. The proposed mechanism for risk management in foreign-economic activity is represented in the form of a conceptual model, built into the overall risk management of the enterprise, as well as the organization and structure of information. It is adequate to the business environment and functions according to the overall risk policy and corporate culture.
