The dissertation is dedicated to the substantiation of opportunities of common action as a social-psychological mechanism of socialization of the school youth. The model of the subjective readiness for the action as a criterion of socialization of school youth and the mark of the effectiveness of the process of socialization has been offered here.The psychological technology of the socialization of school youth on the basis of mechanism of common action has been created and explored.
