Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of social-psychological determinants of students' leisure preferences. Psychological model of students' leisure preferences is theoretically substantiate and empirically verified. Self-realization of leisure preferences is determined by the type of life style peculiarities (cultural, informational, and intellectual), the personal social activity and social aspect of psychological well-being (personal growth and positive relation with people). Self-determination of leisure preferences depends on individual aspect of psychological well-being: autonomy and goal in life.
