Essay

The thesis is dedicated to increasing the radiation sensitivity of the crystals doped fluorites by creating a thermally nonequilibrium structural defects or by entering spivaktyvatoriv. It is shown that with repeated X-ray radiation in crystals discolored FD-generated color centers. Found that termoindukovani conversion electron color centers in these conditions occur in two stages, the first of which is due vnutritsentrovymy transitions in FD-centers, and the second is due to seizure free anion vacancies FA-color centers. It is shown that in the presence spivaktyvatoriv generation efficiency of color centers is growing twice. A one-dimensional model of ionic crystals, in which the calculations of the efficiency of generation of color centers for fluorites doped crystals and determined their threshold concentrations.
