Essay

The dissertation provides the complex research of administrative and law regulation of the delegation of powers to the organs of local self-government. Legal relationships which arise during the delegation, theirs forms and methods, role and place of administrative agreement and its influence on the administrative decision, competence disputes between the local organs of public power were analised. Research was made and recommendations given on the improvement of the legal provision of the process of the delegation of powers.
