Melnyk V. Human measure of banking law of modern Ukraine: philosophical juridical comprehension

This research paper is devoted to complex philosophical legal analysis of human measure of banking law of Ukraine. It's proved in the dissertation that banking law of Ukraine doesn't correspond to constitutional principles and values of natural law, and therefore it's not able now to satisfy needs and interests of average person. Main disadvantages of domestic banking law are as follows: identification of interest of financial institutions with interests of society; absence of effective control from the side of government authorities after activity of the banks. Has proved that compliance of domestic banking system with European standards is possible exclusively under condition of complex legal system reforming.
