Essay

Strained distorting elasto-plastic state of ideal elasto-plastic bodies with rectangular slot or rectangular inclusion under anti flat deformation is investigated. Numerical-analytical solution in the body with rectangular slot under acting on infinity shear loading is derived, continued distribution of plastic strains is studied. It is shown that plastic strains are concentrated in angles limited by extension of slot edges. Bands on the slot extension remain elastic. The field of narrow slot strains approaches to the field of slot strains similar with length slot. Elasto-plastic strained deforming state of the body with inclusions contacting with environment along the whole surface or only along one pair of parallel edges is determined. Problem solutions for continued or band distribution of plastic strains are obtained. Regularities of inclusions plastic exfoliation are researched. Homothetic growth of plastic areas and bands is observed on the initial stage. For low loadings characteristics of plastic strains on the basis of elastic solution of outgoing problem and solution of appropriate simplified elasto-plastic problem without length dimensions parameter are derived.
