The dissertation is devoted to the examination of the problem of administrative legal regulation of intellectual property rights.The thesis investigated historical aspect of the development of legal basis for the protection of intellectual property rights, the institutionalization of state administrative bodies that are conferred supervisory powers for observing rights and freedoms of the subjects of intellectual property law, the administrative offences in the field of intellectual property are analyzed, the nature and main elements of the process of determination of administrative offences are studied.
