Essay

The author highlighted the conceptual approaches and research milestones shadow economy. Improved and systematized the main stages of the shadow economy in Ukraine. The dissertation is based on a comprehensive analysis explored and developed organizational and managerial framework shadowing economic activity in the national economy. Followed the evolution of the views of the various economic schools and tendencies concerning the reasons shadowing, analysis methodology for assessing the volume and level of shadowing of the national economy at the present stage, the legalization of the economy.
