The Dissertation is sanctified to research of intensification and increase of efficiency of productive activity of viticulturist enterprises in the modern terms of menage and development of practical recommendations on their providing. In work the system methodical approach concerning an assessment of an intensification of activity of the enterprises of branch of wine growing is created, criteria and indicators of this assessment are specified. The current state and tendencies of development of vinogradarsky branch, in particular Ukraine and AR Crimea is analysed.
