An object is a process of destruction of wooden railroad ties in a subclaotype zone; an aim is a search of the most expedient polymeric material by experimental researches for renewal of operating properties of wooden railroad ties on the railway ways of underground passage and development of technology of their repair without a withdrawal from the ground concrete; methods are research of influence of filling of emptinesses in the wooden railroad ties of underground passage on bearing strength and providing of same elasticity of subclaotype basis conducted with the use of theory of durability and reliability, method of analysis of the systems, substantive provisions of physics and mechanics. During realization of experimental researches the methods of mathematical statistics and elements of theory of planning of experimental researches, methods and facilities of the technical measuring were used; novelty - an experimental way is get data of relatively bearing strength of the pre-production models and wooden railroad ties, filled by a self-curing acrylic plastic АCТ-Т, first, the tests of screws are first conducted on pulling out from the body of railroad tie that is recovered by an acrylic polymer, theoretical bases of calculation of way got further development on durability for external of railway way environments in the tunnel of underground passage, new technology of renewal of operating properties of wooden railroad ties that are in the process of exploitation in the tunnel of underground passage is worked out, by means of application of acrylic polymer; results - an experimental way is find the most expedient polymeric material and technology of renewal of operating properties of wooden railroad ties that are in the process of exploitation in the tunnel of underground passage is worked out, by filling to them emptinesses and cracks; a sphere of the use is underground passages, enterprises of the ground economy of railways, scientific and educational establishments.
