Li C. Organizational and economic bases of the agrarian sector of the national economy government regulation

The object of study: economic processes that lead to food security and sustainable development of the social infrastructure in rural areas and reduce inconsistencies between the standard of living of rural and urban populations, which are influenced by government regulation. Objective: to study areas of improving organizational and economic principles of state regulation of the agricultural sector, following Ukraine's accession to the World Trade Organization. Methods: Observations and theoretical generalizations, analysis and synthesis, logic simulation, dialectical, statistical, graphical and tabular methods. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the conclusions and generalizations derived from the survey are used in the classroom V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in teaching courses "Change Management" and "Innovation Management". Results novelty: Improved understanding of the invalidity of reducing direct state support for the most time-consuming and complex capital ratio during the agricultural sector, which is dairy cattle, for the period from 2007 to 2011.
