The dissertation is devoted to the security of state information resources by means of enhancement of the quality of functioning of information resources cryptographic security systems based on developed method of the use of matrix cryptographic transformation operations in cryptographic algorithms at the expense of speed and cryptographic security enhancement. For this purpose a group of elementary functions of high capacity for construction of cryptographic transformation operations, on the basis of which cryptographic algorithms are constructed, is determined. At the expense of the use of elementary functions, based on modulo sum of two, the methods of the synthesis of matrix cryptographic transformation and intertransformation operations are improved that enabled to make choice of operations among greater number of cryptographic transformation operations at the construction of fast action algorithms of enhanced cryptographic information security.
