Object of study - organizational and economic processes of innovation management footwear enterprises in the context of consumer utility tourist product. Subject of research - theoretical and practical aspects of innovation management footwear enterprises in the context of consumer utility tourist product. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical approaches and scientific recommendations for management innovation of footwear enterprises in the context of consumer utility tourist product. The theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis are the fundamental assumptions of modern economic theory, economic laws and categories, proceedings domestic and foreign scientists and economists. The thesis deals with theoretical and methodological rationale functioning shoes enterprises in the context of consumering the utility tourist product. The analysis of shoes' companies to provide consumer utility, found major problems of their functioning in the modern business environmental coditions. The system of improvement of quality of goods footwear enterprises in the context of consumer utility tourist product using Bayesian system, methodical approach for innovation management footwear enterprises dendrogram using agglomerative hierarchical clustering. Methodical approach to inform management decisions based on the three-level hierarchical system of information about the support in appeying of the management decisions. A model of innovation cluster footwear enterprises in the context of consumer utility tourist product, methodical approach to cluster unions with defined structural and logical sequence of their stages build.
