Arushanyan K.K. Prosecutor in criminal proceeding of enforcement judicial decisions. - As a manuscript. The dissertation is focused on the research of theoretical and practical issues of prosecutor's participation in criminal proceedings of execution of court decisions. The formation of the institute of prosecutor's participation in the institute of execution of court decisions as the stage of criminal proceedings is clarified. Foreign experience of legal regulation of this institute is analysed. Taking into consideration the European Court of Human Rights practice the prospects for further development of this institute are considered. Peculiar features of procedural form of prosecutor's participation are determined and the grounds for initiating the execution of court decisions by prosecutor are analyzed. On the basis of research results the author proposes improvements of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine.
