Paladiichuk O. Institutional framework interaction of veterinary officers and experts for the Interior Ministry of Ukraine.

Thesis deals with the institutional and legal framework of interaction veterinary police and the Service MIA of Ukraine and finding ways to improve them. The paper deals with theoretical and legal aspects of the interaction of veterinary officers of the Service and Internal Affairs of Ukraine, analyzed a number of international legal acts and acts of national legislation on the subject, reveals the importance and place of veterinary officers in today's Ukrainian statehood. The paper analyzes the regulation of the interaction of veterinary officers and the Service MIA of Ukraine and identifies requirements and restrictions in their joint actions, as well as the organization and procedure of interaction of their activities. The thesis summarizes best international experience of the expert departments and features of veterinary officers in terms of European integration. Directions improving organizational and legal basis for cooperation between veterinary police and the Service MIA of Ukraine.
