Murakhovska O. The legal protection of especially valuable lands of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the legal mechanisms of protection of especially valuable lands of Ukraine. The concept of especially valuable lands is the innovation of the Land Code of Ukraine and covers a large part of the land fund of Ukraine of agricultural and non-agricultural designation. It was carried out a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the legal protection of especially valuable lands of Ukraine, which include agricultural lands, lands of nature-reserve fund, lands of historical and cultural lands. The scientific and legal bases of this protection was revealed. In the first chapter the state of scientific development of the problem and legislative basis for the protection of especially valuable lands disclosed is analyzed. It is clarified and elaborated the concept and structure of especially valuable lands of Ukraine. The second chapter is devoted to the legal protection of especially valuable lands from waste, the legal provision of increasing of soil fertility, prevention of the degradation of agricultural lands, protection of soil from pollution, littering and other harmful factors. The third chapter examines the legal protection of the lands of the nature-reserve fund and the lands of historical and cultural purposes. The results of the research are formulated in new scientifically substantiated conclusions and recommendations on the improvement of legal regulation of especially valuable lands.
