Luchinskiy V. Features prevention of dental diseases in children living in areas contaminated by xenobiotics.

The thesis is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of dental caries and periodontal diseases in children living in areas contaminated by xenobiotics that fall into the child's body mainly by inhalation. Proved that examined children with ecologically unfavorable regions of the prevalence and intensity of dental caries and periodontal disease was significantly higher than in children with conventionally clean area. Found that students with dental diseases from contaminated regions of reduced bone strength index, characterized by the presence of negative alleles of vitamin D3 receptor, and significantly increased their quantitative presence.Designed justified and approved health care complex, which included the use of "Kinder Biovitalyu", "Calcium D3 - Nycomed" combined drug lisozyme and dekvaliniyu chloride "Lizak" and "Stomatofitu." Clinical and laboratory methods demonstrate the efficiency of its use.
