Object of study: new pulmonary tuberculosis cases; aim - to increase the treatment efficiency of patients with new pulmonary tuberculosis cases with airway obstructive syndrome by studying the clinical pattern of combined pathology and inclusion of inhaled bronchodilators and corticosteroids in the intensive phase of chemotherapy; methods: interviewing, clinical, laboratory, functional, instrumental, statistics; novelty: new data about prevalence and features of the clinical pattern of airway obstructive syndrome, caused by different clinical forms of new pulmonary tuberculosis cases. Newly significance of taking of inhaled bronchodilators and corticosteroids in the intensive phase of chemotherapy in complex treatment patients with new pulmonary tuberculosis cases was detected. Comparison analysis of informativeness has been made between selective respiratory questionnaire and Medical Outcome Study Short Form-36 to asses quality of life in patients with new pulmonary tuberculosis cases with airway obstructive syndrome.
