Dolbnieva D. The activation of the bank crediting of small and medium entrepreneurship in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to developing theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the development of bank lending to SMEs in Ukraine, including by: determining the nature and improvement criterion signs SMEs explore international experience in bank lending to SMEs in the leading countries of the world and support capabilities and its areas of application in local conditions. The mechanism of financing SMEs at the regional level, through which opportunities are created at the same time increasing the attractiveness of lending to SMEs primarily for local banks and it is available for small and medium enterprises through action intermediatoriv (Guarantee Fund, Fund of supporting entrepreneurship, Microcredit fund) and the interbank mechanism of organization of lending of SME is offered, which will provide complex and mutually beneficial service of customers from a number SME without risks and losses of liquidity for banks.The main recommendations, conclusions and proposals to enhance by bank lending SMEs formulated and presented, taking into account the possibility of their practical implementation at all levels of financial support SMEs in Ukraine and in reading courses and conducting training in higher education.
