Nadzhafhuliyev R. Administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The dissertation is a scientific investigation of the administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons in Azerbaijan. The paper contains a number of theoretical positions and practical recommendations made as a result of a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons in Azerbaijan. According to the determined task, given the author's definition of the concepts of "forced migration", "asylum seeker", "internally displaced persons " and "refu-gee". Author suggested the ways of increasing the efficiency of the administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons in Azerbaijan through the improvement of applicable national law. Formulated a number of proposals for changes and amendments to the laws and regulations of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic, which define the administrative and legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons and regulate the activities of the executive power ensuring the implementation of the legal status of refugees and internally displaced persons.
