The object of research is the management of production costs of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the research is the theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improvement of the management of production costs in agricultural enterprises. The following methods and techniques were used: monographic method, ABC analysis, marginal analysis , structural-functional analysis, the method of peer review, correlation analysis, method of analytical grouping, coefficient method, the method of paired comparisons based on multidimensional scaling, a method of priorities. The scientific novelty of the results is solved the actual problems to improve the management of production costs of agricultural enterprises. The main provisions of the thesis are brought to the level of scientific and practical recommendations for improving cost management in agricultural enterprises. The scope of application are national and regional administrations, agricultural enterprises, higher education institutions.
