Essay

The results of research of clinical-pathogenetic links of acute hepatitis B, depending on the presence of chronic use of alcohol hepatotoxic doses are uncovered in the dissertation. Complex investigation of cytokine (interleukins 2, 6, 8, tumor necrotic factor alpha), neurohumoral (spectral parameters of heart rate variability, cortisol) and prooxidant-antioxidant parameters (oxidative modification of proteins, nitrite, catalase), addition of L-arginine hydrochloride and thiotriazoline was done in these patients. The idea of the clinical and pathogenetic features of acute hepatitis B with chronic use of alcohol hepatotoxic doses has been extended, which gave the chance to show effectiveness additional inclusion these drugs in complex of basic pathogenetic treatment.
