Essay

Calculation and mathematical models of problems on bending of homogenous and lump plates with disconnected interphase ribs of variable bending and torsional stiffness have been created. Engineering methods have been developed for calculation of stressed state at the materials division border of a plate with an opening, disc and connecting (reinforcing) rib and coefficients of moment intensity at the rib butts. Influence of opening shape, material anisotropy, relative disc stiffness, physical and geometrical parameters of ribs and type of external bending load on stressed state of the bent plate has been investigated.
