The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for diagnosing and overcoming the crisis in the business of gas supply and gasification. Based on the study and synthesis of the literature clarified the definitions of "crisis", "crisis Enterprise", "crisis management", improved the classification features and classification of crises and crisis management. The dynamics of development and manifestation of the crisis in Ukraine gas industry, the basic external and internal factors of the crisis, and investigates their impact on the performance of the distribution companies. The conceptual basis for diagnosis of the crisis and on its basis the model of diagnosing and overcoming the crisis in the business of gas supply and gasification. The method of calculation of tariffs for transportation and delivery of natural gas on the basis of the calculation of the seasonal tariff for distribution of natural gas. Improved method for determining the direct regulatory costs for maintenance of gas, reduced to a single indicator for the service mains - conditional kilometer.
