In accordance with a purpose and tasks of research 138 persons which suffer on computer dependence are inspected, in age from 16 to 23 years, where 73 patients made a basic group and 65 at control. In dissertation the features of clinical and social displays of computer dependence are investigational on a background which measures are developed for it to treatment and rehabilitation, also their efficiency is in future appraised from data of three-year anamnesis research. It is discovered individual of clinical maintenance of computer dependence and factors of risk of forming of dependence: permanent insuperable desire to spend time at the computer, alarm, depression, enhance able crabbiness, domination idea constantly to be in on-line, young age, ekzistencium vacuum, determination of virtual activity, as the most meaningful event, lack of confidence, addictive potential, mionectic self-appraisal from its indemnification in the process of virtual activity. It is developed treatment and rehabilitation measures for patients with computer dependence which combines application of psyhopharmacotherapy influences and studies sick on principle to other stereotypes of thought and conduct by psychotherapy. By the purpose of psychotherapy constituent treatment and rehabilitation there is proceeding in psychological, domestic and social status of patient the complex of computer addiction. Introduction of the measures developed by us allowed for certain better to level abnormal psychology depressed and anxious symptoms for the patients of basic group, comparatively with control and to attain the greater amount of three-year remission, they were observed in 23,29 % patients of basic and 13,85 % at control group.
