Thesis is devoted to the scientific research of the customs regulations border trade. There was analyzed the of customs regulation of cross border trade. The characteristic cross-border trade as customs and legal category. Custom-defined legal status of entities border trade. Allocated and describes the grounds for the application of the simplified procedure for movement of goods and vehicles in the customs regime of border trade. Determined that the current state of cross-border trade customs regulations require amendments made to the legislation of the state customs and the Law of Ukraine "On the border trade".
