Essay

The aim of research is the substantiation of the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the formation and functioning of the agrarian market information and advisory infrastructure. The object of research is the process of the formation and functioning of the systems links between the components and elements of the agrarian market information and advisory infrastructure. Methods of research: abstract and logical, economic and statistical, computational and constructive. Theoretical results: the development of recommendations related to the formation and functioning of the information and advisory infrastructure of the agrarian market. Practical results: the scientific substantiation of measures aimed at improving the agrarian market information and advisory infrastructure. Scientific novelty: the author suggests a methodical approach to prognosticating the volume of demand for the information and advisory services. The above approach is based on the economic and mathematical model which reflects the dependence of demand for services on the temporal factor, as well as on the efficiency of the economic activities of agricultural commodity producers. Level of introduction: the results of the research conducted are used by Zhytomyr oblast association of agricultural advisory service, Polissya zonal research center for AIC productivity, as well as in the educational process in Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Efficiency: the research results will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of functioning of the agrarian market information and advisory support. Sphere of application: central and local bodies of executive power, higher educational establishments, advisory services, information and advisory centers.
