A research object is a process of management investment and innovative development of coal enterprises. The practical value of the results is consisted in the offered methodical approaches and methods of the control system forming by investment and innovative development of coal enterprises which are basis for forming of practical recommendations realization of which increases of efficiency and activity of coal enterprises. The scientific novelty of the results is consisted in developing of methodical approaches and methods of perfection of control system by investment and innovative development of coal enterprises, based on generalization of theoretical approaches of foreign and domestic scientists on control system forming.
