Thesis is devoted to the scientific research of the legal status of subjects relationships which occur in the execution of local budgets for revenue, their rights and duties. There was analyzed historical aspect of development of legal regulation of the budgetary relations of execution of local budgets for revenue. The concept of relations for local budgets revenues was given. Also their place in the legal budgetary relationships was determinate. There were defined definitions and special features of objects of law relationships of the implementation of local budgets for revenue and there classification was made. The budgetary rights and responsibilities of subjects of execution of local budgets for revenue were defined.
