Essay

This thesis is devoted to scientific research of customs administrative and authority powers application order in the sphere of public customs affair. It is defined that approval of the new customs code of Ukraine causes necessity of deep and comprehensive research, and content, legal form, property and classification ability of administration and authority powers transpiring. The most widespread classification of administrative and authority measures in administrative law is used depending on their application purpose: measures of administrative prevention; measures of administrative termination; measures of administrative responsibility (collecting) for offence.
