Prokopanuch G. The application of special knowledge in commercial rule-making of Ukrain.

The research investigates scientific data which elucidate the use of modern knowledge on the specialty in criminal, civil, administrative, and commercial legal proceedings. The existing normative documents which regulate the application of special knowledge in commercial litigation, in particular, those which devoted to the use of special knowledge of a skilled specialist and an expert at permission of commercial disputes have been analyzed. The research has give more precise definition of such notions as "special knowledge in commercial litigation" and "skilled specialist" and their interlink has been set. Legal practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine and the courts of lower rang; the detailed characteristics of the most popular examinations that are prescribed for commercial cases have been analyzed in the research. Scientific and organization aspects of using special legal knowledge in commercial litigation have been generalized.
