Tolokolnikov S. Processual status of juridical persons in criminal procedure of Ukraine.

In the dissertation the complex research of juridical persons processual status problems in criminal procedure is carried out. The definition of criminal-processual legal personality of juridical persons and its components - criminal-processual legal capacity, active capacity and tort capacity, is given, their peculiarities are revealed. The mechanism of criminal-processual legal personality of juridical persons realization in criminal procedure is studied. The theoretical principles of criminal-processual legal succession of juridical persons are found out. The existing forms of the participation of juridical persons in criminal-processual relations are analyzed. The author gives the characteristic to non-property damage a juridical person may suffer from, which is a result of the committed crime, the mechanism of its compensation is found out.
