The paper defines the administrative and legal framework of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, essence, features and tasks such activity specified system of (subjects) that based on current legislation empowered to control and supervisory activities by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the author reveals the essence of the vision of forms and methods of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and food of Ukraine. Identified gaps and conflicts in the regulation of the relevant legal relations.
