Malikov V. Administrative and Legal Principles of Public Order Security

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of administrative and legal principles of public order security. There was studied the notion and essence of public order, its correlation with other spheres of public relations, peculiarities of formation and progress of the institution of law enforcement activity of militia in Ukraine. The author gave his own notion and defined the function of forms and methods of law enforcement activity of militia in the sphere of public order security. It was generalized the organization and tactics of public order security by special departments of militia, legal principles and forms of cooperation of militia and public in the sphere of public order security.
