Dissertational research is devoted studying of is administrative-legal activity of patrol service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the analysis of concept, problems, functions, systems and structures of the specified division, features of legal regulation of its activity. In the dissertation the characteristic of an is standard-legal basis of activity of patrol service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is given, the circle of domestic and international regulatory legal acts which regulate its activity is defined, the general are defined and special legal statuses, features of the is administrative-right status of patrol service are investigated.
