The author summarized data of complex clinical laboratory and instrumental study of 78 patients with chronic bronchitis (CB) in combination with insulin resistance (IR ). Analyzed clinical features , signs of active inflammation (analysis of hematological parameters, the level of CRP) , the nature and severity of immunological disorders in patients with IP exacerbation of inflammation in the bronchi. Pathogenetically feasibility of using a combination derynatu and polyoxidonium in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis in combination with IR. Marked acceleration of recovery of immunological indicators in clinical terms is shown achieving sustained complete remission of chronic bronchitis. In carrying out rehabilitation of 31 patients suffering residual effects exacerbation of chronic bronchitis at United IR receiving progress of combined medication bronhypret . Marked acceleration to improve the general condition of patients , restoration of immunological parameters . In the period of follow-up in patients with combined pathology revealed the presence of secondary immunodeficiency and signs of " subclinical " inflammation, which required the appointment of immune derynatom .
