Petruniv V. Peculiarities of caries prophylaxis in children of different regions with different ecological state.

Dissertation devoted to study of influence of unfavorable environmental factors on caries development. Proved, that in children that residing on polluted areas the prevalence and intensity of tooth decay is significantly higher than in children that residing in conditionally clean areas. It is established, that increase of complicated forms of tooth decay and higher activity of carious process has children that residing in polluted areas. It is showed, that in children from polluted areas the cellular and humoral immune system is low, the number of ferments that influence on process of detoxification of xenobiotics. Based on the research developed and tested health complex, which included local activities (brushing with tooth pastes with aminophtorides, prophylaxis coating of molars fissures by glass-ionomer cements Fissurit F»), endogenic application of probiotic «Lactobacterin» («Biopharm», Ukraine), calcium drugs of third generation «Calcynova» (KPKA, Slovenia) and «Enterosgel» – sorbent and ion exchangers with complex of exogenous and endogenous action. Clinical and laboratory research methods proved its effectiveness.
