The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical both methodical bases and development of practical recommendations on formation of mechanisms of increase of efficiency of functioning of wine branch. The critical analysis of scientific-theoretical approaches to efficiency of functioning of production is carried out, the economic preconditions of increase of efficiency of functioning of production are investigated, the methodology of research of efficiency of functioning of wine branch is analyzed. The modern condition of development of manufacture of wine production in АР Crimea is analyzed, the estimation of parameters of production efficiency is carried out, the parameters of the commodity offer of wine production.
