The thesis is focusing on solving an actual scientific and practical task regarding with development of the models, methods and information technology of decision support in interaction regional market of labor and educational system. The method of adaptation of educational process to the necessities which are proposed by its participants of the regional market is developed provides the forming of the list for competenses graduating students which answer the most exactly the requirements of the employers. The model of the prognosis of demand is improved on the basis of neuron network for the system of support of making decision, which unlike the existing ones applies the genetic algorithm of the modification of the structure and parameters of neuron network.The model "Caterpillar" is improved due to the realization on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets and the modification of stochastic algorithm of the construction of function of the belonging of element of sentinel row, for which it is necessary to make a prognosis. The method of questioning the experts is offered, which allows to make the estimation of the influence of some disciplines on forming of the competenses of the graduating students and on the large selections to avoid the contradictions in the comparison of descriptions. The mentioned models are used in the developed decision support system of the co-operation of regional labour-market and regional system of education in the conditions of market demand on educational services.
