Essay

The work is devoted to optimization of diagnosis and treatment systemic enamel hypoplasia complicated by the caries of permanent teeth in 103 children. The investigation proved the efficiency of a treatment of spotted systemic enamel hypoplasia, which involved removal and three-step polishing of the affected enamel surface, combined with the re-mineralization therapy and micropreparation of the hard dental tissues defects with further selection of the filling material based on the mineralization state of the enamel in case of destructive forms of systemic enamel hypoplasia.
